Kwon, Jong, & Jeon (2017) use planned behavior theory to explain the process which can be used to develop positive attitudes of including disabled children in the classroom. It is a theory that is focused primarily on shaping the perspective of teachers and peer learners to accept children with disabilities. This theory is anchored on understanding disable children, thereby making it easy to establish a good relationship with them. As such, Kwon, Jong, and Jeon suggest that teachers should act as role models to influence learners to accept disabled students. Teachers' attitudes and behaviors are what mostly shape the Attitudes of the learners.
